Morning

"Mystical Menas Power Breakfast Bowl": Start your day off right with this nourishing bowl packed with protein, fiber, and antioxidants. It features quinoa, chia seeds, mixed berries, almond butter, and a drizzle of honey for a touch of sweetness.
 
 
"Mystical Muscle Bowl": Quinoa, roasted sweet potato, black beans, grilled chicken, avocado, and a cilantro-lime dressing.

Zoodle Pad Thai": Zucchini noodles stir-fried with shrimp or tofu, bean sprouts, carrots, and a homemade peanut sauce.

5AM Protein-

Protein-Packed Oats Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or your preferred flavor)

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1/2 banana, sliced

  • Handful of berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)

  • 1 tablespoon nut butter (peanut butter or almond butter)

  • Optional toppings: sliced almonds, coconut flakes, a drizzle of honey

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, combine rolled oats and milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the oats are cooked and the mixture has thickened.

  2. Stir in the protein powder and chia seeds. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until well combined.

  3. Transfer the oat mixture to a bowl.

  4. Top with banana slices, berries, and a dollop of nut butter.

  5. Sprinkle with optional toppings like sliced almonds or coconut flakes.

  6. Drizzle honey on top if you like it sweeter.
